14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. This applies to the first payment and to renewals.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, either:

• use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net and look up your order; or
• email support@verbeli.com from the address on your account, and we will arrange it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it. When a payment is refunded, the Premium period it paid for ends.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel any time from the extension (Manage subscription). If you cancel after the 14-day window, the remaining time is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
